'.'""'° CITY of PLEASANTON
Planning Commission
MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING.
~ pt@ November 12, 1975
Time : 8:05 P.M.
PIOC@: Pleasanton Justice Court
ADJOURNMENT
Councilmember McLain then brought up the
existing problem of notification to property
owners at the time when Commission reviews
certain applications. It appears that in-
adequate notification procedures are taking
place. He wondered if some solution might
not be forthcoming to rectify the situation.
The Chairman stated that although the system
used by staff may be legally adequate, he
questioned the effectiveness of the system.
He felt "communication" was the key word and
somehow staff would need to find a way to
relate matters to interested citizens.
It was suggested that the City use another
source other than the assessor's roles to
obtain their notification lists. It was
also suggested that a special meeting be
held to discuss matters such as this.
The regular meeting of the Planning Commissi
was adjourned at 9:10 P.M.
Robert Harris, Secretary
-9-
