He <br />expressed complete concurrence with <br />the staff report and found no problem <br />with the elimination of the two con- <br />ditions. <br />No one else spoke for or against this <br />application and the Public Hearing <br />was closed. <br />~~A resolution was then entered by Com- <br />'imissioner Carrigan, seconded by Com- <br />missioner Butler and unanimously <br />'carried, recommending adoption of <br />',this rezoning request, with the de- <br />letion of the two conditions shown <br />in the staff report, but affirming <br />the Commission's position that this <br />property must develop within a reason <br />able time frame, failing which the <br />Commission would consider rezoning <br />the property to its previous A (Agri- <br />cultural) zoning district. <br />Dean Morrison - application for an <br />amendment to the Pleasanton General <br />Plan from High Density Residential <br />to Retail Business and Offices for <br />that approximately two-thirds of an <br />acre parcel of land located on the <br />northeast corner of Hopyard Road and <br />Valley Avenue, containing a vacant <br />lot and the First National Bank of <br />Pleasanton drive-in facility. <br />Approval was recommended by staff. <br />Commissioner Butler questioned whethe <br />the current zoning of the property <br />agrees with either the adopted or <br />-2- <br />
