Mr. Kierstead, Meadow Plaza Associates requested that his item be <br />heard first on the agenda inasmuch as he had to leave to take an <br />airplane out of town later in the evening. Chairperson Getty <br />indicated that the extension of Tract 4781 would be considered <br />first but that it only took a minimal amount of time. <br />Tract 4781 <br />Application of Charles J. Schneider for a one year extension for <br />Tract 4781 approved for a proposed 16 single-family lot subdivision <br />of approximately 9.8 acres of land located at the northeast corner <br />of Muirwood Drie South and Foothill Road. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report recommending approval. <br />Roger Manning, 1078 Vintner, Pleasanton a partner of this proposal <br />urged approval of their request for an extension. <br />As no one addressed the Planning Commission on this matter, Com- <br />missioner Doherty made a motion, seconded by Commission Wilson, <br />recommending that a one year extension be granted for Tract 4781 <br />from February 17, 1982 by City Council subject to the conditions <br />shown in the staff report of 3/10/82. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2143 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />to the City Council of the applicant's request for a one year exten- <br />sion of Tract 4781. <br />/// <br />-2- <br /> <br />
