MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California City Council Chambers 200 Bernal Avenue Wednesday, March 10, 1982 8:00 P.M. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Joyce Getty at 8:16 p.m. ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Gregg Doherty, Bill Jamieson, Larry Lindsey, DeWitt C. Wilson and Chairperson~byce Getty Commissioners Absent: None Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and Community Development; Robert L. Warnick, Director of Public Works and Utilities; Bill Eastman, Chief of Police; Brian W. Swift, Acting City Attorney; and Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary Council Members Present: It was noted that Council Member Mohr and Mayor Mercer were in the audience. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The minutes of the January 27 and February 10, 1982 Planning Commission meetings were approved as submitted. MEETIIQG OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE PLANNING COMMISSION No one addressed the Commission. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA There were none. MATTERS INITIATED BY THE COMMISSION MEMBERS Commissioner Jamieson asked for an explanation of the request for Henry Cupples for a minor modification to his approved PUD. Mr. Harris explained it was to allow the proposed structures to come before the Design Review Board rather than the Planning Commission as is the case with Buttercup, Schoebers, Meyer and others. Chairperson Getty indicated she would not be in attendance at the 3/24/82 Planning Commission meeting as she would be attending a seminar. She further stated that she has given staff material relating to the Planning Commissioners' conference held in San Diego but that it hasn't been duplicated yet for the Commission members . _ .... ___..,_ __.r._.._..
