A motion was then made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Wilson that the negative declaration prepared for case PUD-82-8 be <br />recommended for adoption inasmuch as project approval will not have a <br />significant adverse negative effect on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: Commissioner Jamieson <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2158 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration as motioned. <br />Commissioner Wilson then addressed private vs. public streets for <br />the project. He said in his opinion, the streets should be private <br />and that he has talked to Parish about this many times in the past. <br />He further would like the homeowners association to maintain the <br />exterior of the buildings. He said he would vote for this appli- <br />cation in compassion for all of the people who desire to have their <br />own homes. <br />Commissioner Lindsey said he too would like private streets and <br />the interior buildings to be maintained. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey to recommend approval of case PUD-82-8 subject to all condi- <br />tions shown in the staff report with no changes. He further directed <br />that a letter be written to the Park and Recreation Commission, copy <br />to City Council, recommending a park be placed in the vicinity. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: Commissioner Jamieson <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2159 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case PUD-82-8 as motioned. <br />RZ-82-5, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend Article 23, <br />Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton in order to modify the hillside development review <br />procedures of the City.
