MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California City Council Chambers 200 Bernal Avenue Wednesday, March 31, 1982 8:00 P.M. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 8:15 p.m. by Chairperson Joyce Getty. ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Gregg Doherty, Bill Jamieson, Larry Lindsey, DeWitt Wilson and Chairperson Joyce Getty Commissioners Absent: None Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and Community Development; Robert L. Warnick, Director of Public Works and Utilities; Brian W. Swift, Acting City Attorney and Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary Council Members Present: It was noted that Karin Mohr was in the audience. APPROVAL OF MINUTES No Minutes were submitted for approval. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE PLANNING COMMISSION No one addressed the Planning Commission. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA Mr. Harris stated it is now possible for Mr. Wasserteil's application to be heard by the Design Review Board inasmuch as there was an approved minor modification to his PUD. He said the Design Review Board could reconvene if they so elected to consider case PUD-82-5. MATTERS INITIATED BY THE COMMISSION MEMBERS Commissioner Doherty made reference to a meeting of Geologists recently in Hayward which spoke to hazards along the Hayward and Calaveras Faults. He suggested staff get a copy of this report because the Commission should have access to it. Commissioner Jamieson made a motion that the meeting be adjourned at 11:30 p.m. at the latest and continue any items not heard. Commissioner Wilson seconded this motion.
