at the Planning Commission's public hearings and those written. <br />He said every issue that comes up in the entire comment period will <br />be addressed in the final report. <br />Chairperson Getty stated that it appears to her the one major concern <br />of most people is traffic. Commissioner Wilson said there is no <br />one here to talk about it. Chairperson Getty asked how many traffic <br />consultants were involved in preparation of the traffic report. <br />Mr. Harris said there were at least four. Mr. Harris said TJKM <br />is the major contributor but some of the data came from Barton- <br />Aschman and that Mark Thomas hired Wilbur Smith Associates and <br />that Bissell and Karn also had input. Chairperson Getty asked <br />if the four traffic engineers looked at the same area and do they <br />all agree or are there differences. Mr. Swift said that TJKM <br />analyzed the traffic of north Pleasanton who also used figures of <br />Barton-Aschman and that TJKM used Barton-Aschman's numbers for the <br />DAON project. Tdr. Warnick stated that Mark Thomas and Company hired <br />Wilbur Smith and they reviewed Volume 1 and confirmed the findings. <br />He said Volume 2 focuses on lesser impacts than Volume 1. He <br />said a worse case situation was addressed in Volume No. 1. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Doherty spoke to page 85 <br />and availability of water and sewer. <br />Zone 7 comments.
