Mr. Swift said that TJKM <br />analyzed the traffic of north Pleasanton who also used figures of <br />Barton-Aschman and that TJKM used Barton-Aschman's numbers for the <br />DAON project. Tdr. Warnick stated that Mark Thomas and Company hired <br />Wilbur Smith and they reviewed Volume 1 and confirmed the findings. <br />He said Volume 2 focuses on lesser impacts than Volume 1.
