Planning Commission <br />Page 5 <br />5/26/82 <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty,. Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson <br />and Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2177 was then entered and adopted recommending approval of <br />the rezoning per the staff report of 5/26/82 and filed under case <br />RZ-82-9. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />Alameda County Fair 5-Year Capital Improvement Program <br />Mr. Harris indicated this is being presented for information only. <br />Commissioner Wilson indicated this is a dream .similar to the one the <br />City of Pleasanton has, but that one never knows what will happen. <br />He indicated that every year they manage to accomplish one or two of the <br />projects. He said this year they plan on having Mutual Betting <br />Equipment. He explained what this meant. <br />Commissioner Lindsey asked if the Fair has ever considered a transit service <br />directly to the Fair. Commissioner Wilson said he didn't know and that this <br />would be handled under Bill Gale's Safety Committee. <br />TENTATIVE MAPS <br />Tract 5062, CPK & Associates <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report and that this project won the <br />Affordable Housing Competition of the. City. <br />Mr. Warnick stated he would like to present two minor changes to the <br />Engineering Conditions: #28 add: "or as otherwise approved by the City <br />Engineer"and eliminate Condition No. 31. <br />Commissioner Wilson asked .about the 1/2' for sidewalk.. Mr. Warnick said <br />that the final plan is for a 4 1/2' sidewalk and 6" top of curb and that <br />this would be adequate. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Rick Angrisani, Vice President, Homestead Development stated he concurs with <br />the staff report. <br />Commissioner Doherty asked when the project would move ahead. Mr. Angrisani <br />said it would be about the middle of June with initial occupancy in <br />November or December. <br />Commissioner Lindsey asked the price range of the units. Mr. Angrisani <br />explained. <br />Commissioner Jamieson asked about zero lot lines in the far right corner. <br />Mr. Angrisani said yes there is zero lot line lots down Oakland Avenue. <br />_.. __ _.. _.._.__ ..... ........ _ _..._ . _ _.,.__ _....._.. __. .. _ ~.._ . _.._ __.
