MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, May 26, 1982 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:lOpm by Chairperson Joyce Getty. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />nnr.r. nar.r. <br />Commissioners Present: Gregg Doherty, Bill Jamieson, Larry Lindsey, <br />DeWitt Wilson and Joyce Getty, Chairperson <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning & <br />Community Development; Robert L. Warnick, <br />Director of Public Works & Utilities; Brian <br />W. Swift, Acting City Attorney and Shirley <br />McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />Council Members Present: There were none present. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />No Minutes were submitted for approval. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION <br />No one addressed the Commission. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris stated that Case RZ-82-5 should be continued and that the <br />Planning Commission should initiate a rezoning for the Waggerman <br />property as it is now ready to come into the City. <br />Chairperson Getty stated there would be a review of the hearing dates <br />for the next three months. <br />Chairperson Getty further stated that it has been a privilege to have <br />served on the Planning Commission for the last year and stated she looked <br />forward to working with. Larry Lindsey as Chairperson. <br />Commissioner Lindsey indicated he has received a communication with regard <br />to the Price Development and proposed fencing change. Mr. Harris stated <br />this matter has been appealed and will come before. the Planning Commission <br />in June. The other Commissioners indicated they too had received <br />telephone calls regarding this matter, <br />Commissioner Jamieson said he has further heard many comments about <br />lack of newspaper coverage and notice of Planning Commission meetings. <br />
