10/27/82 <br />Planning Commission <br />Minutes <br />Page 4 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner <br />Doherty, that case PUD-82-18-1d, Devcon Construction, Inc. would <br />have no significant adverse effect on the environment and that the <br />negative declaration prepared for this project be adopted. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson and <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Wilson <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2237 was entered and adopted recommending approval of <br />the negative declaration prepared for case PUD-82-18-1d as motioned. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Com- <br />missioner Jamieson that case PUD-82-18-1d be recommended for approval <br />subject to the conditions shown in the staff report with the addition <br />which shall read "Overnight storage of vehicles must be maintained <br />on the west side of buildings." <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson and <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Wilson <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2238 was entered and adopted recommending approval of <br />case PUD-82-18-1d as motioned. <br />PUD-82-22, Shell Oil Co. <br />Application o Shell Oil Company to rezone an approximately 1.2 <br />acre site located at the southeast corner of Hopyard Road and <br />Johnson Drive from C-F (Commercial Freeway) District to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-Commercial District and for development <br />plan approval for a 2,830 sq. ft. service station facility including <br />a convenience market and automatic car wash. The Planning Com- <br />mission may recommend any action on this matter consistent with <br />the General Plan. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report. <br />Commissioner Getty asked about proposed signing. Mr. Harris explained <br />that signing will be a separate application. <br />
