Mr. Belecky said he is not objecting to building of units but does <br />object to the traffic all being dumped on Vineyard Avenue and that <br />there are too many units for one street. <br />Ms. Ullrey asked about the procedure for notification. Mr. Harris <br />explained that all those residents within 300 ft. are notified plus they <br />are put in the legal section of the newspaper. <br />Chairperson Lindsey said the City makes every attempt to notify concerned <br />citizens. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Doherty, <br />that Tentative Map Tract 5112 be approved subject to the conditions of <br />the staff report of 11/10/82. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2244 was then entered and adopted approving Tentative Map <br />Tract 5112 as motioned. <br />Tentative Map Tract 5006 <br />Application of Ken Earp et al for approval of a 238 lot residential sub- <br />division proposed for an approximately 29 acre site located on the north <br />side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way. Zoning for the property is <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District. <br />This matter was continued to 12/8/82 as discussed at the beginning of <br />the meeting. <br />Commissioners Jamieson and Doherty indicated that a long hard look <br />should be taken prior to any more multi-family units in the Vineyard <br />Avenue area. They indicated this was also reflected in the Minutes of <br />10/27/82. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were none. <br />REFERRALS <br />There were none. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S INFORMATION <br />Mr. Harris reviewed the City Council actions of their meeting of 11/9/82. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, <br />by Chairperson Lindsey. <br />Res tf lly submitted, <br />Robert J.
