No deliveries
would be made to the home. Mr.
Roberts stated he wished to abide by
all the City's requirements.
1~4r. Jack Doyle, President of the
Laguna Vista Homeowners Association,
together with several other members,
was present. He presented thei r
position. He further mentioned
there were two other persons also
conducting businesses from their
homes within the development. They
too would be subject to review under
the C C & R's of the Association.
It was pointed out by Mr. Doyle that
the Board of Directors had resolved
to take a firm stand on everything
which is contrary to the mandates of
their C C & R's. Even if the appli-
cant conducted the business so that
there would be no outward appearance
of said business, the homeowners
association would still-maintain
their position.
During the proceedings, it was
brought out that one of the other
members did maintain a desk in his
home and conducted a sales operation,
but he felt that this type of busi-
ness was totally different from a
service type of operation.
A resolution recommending approval
of this .home occupation was entered
and adopted.
-6-
