M. <br />PIGCe; Pleasanton Council Chambers <br />ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Butler, <br />Doherty, Shepherd and Chairman Wood. <br />Commissioners Absent: Carrigan. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.l, <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT <br />UP-75-28, Approved, <br />Res. 1402 <br />IThe minutes of the March 10, 1976 <br />meeting were approved as submitted. <br />',Royal Pools, Inc. - application for <br />development of a swimming pool sales <br />and service building and related <br />facilities at the southwest corner <br />of Brockton and Pimlico Drives; <br />zoning for the property is C-F <br />(Commercial Freeway) District. <br />Secretary Harris explained the <br />staff report and recommended adding <br />three conditions 1) any damage to <br />street improvements be repaired at <br />full expense to the developer 2) <br />that the developer extend a 12" ACP <br />water main across the entire northe <br />frontage of the property 3) that <br />approval be conditioned upon the <br />filing of a bond acceptable to the <br />Legal Department for elimination <br />of the model swimming pools, should <br />the business be discontinued. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Oakes was present to answer <br />questions. He had no objections <br />to the staff recommendations. <br />The Public Hearing was closed. <br />A resolution approving this appli- <br />cation subject to the necessary <br />findings and conditions, was <br />entered and adopted. <br />2esolution• <br />Seconded: <br />dyes <br />Joes <br />absent: <br />abstain <br />X <br />X <br />
