4y~~$""r°y CITY of PL~AS~NTaN <br />~~ '%• <br />'~~°°• Planning Commission <br />...° <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Dale June 9 , 1976 <br />Time : s:2o P.M. <br />PIaCe; Pleasanton Council Chambers <br />CONDITIONAL Secretary Harris reviewed the staff <br />USE PERMIT report, stating the recommendation <br />UP-76-15, Approved is for approval on the basis of the <br />Resolution 1422 location. The Health Department's <br /> conclusions are incorporated into <br /> the conditions of approval. <br /> The Public Hearing was opened. <br /> Mr. Oleson was present and acknow- <br /> ledged receipt of the staff report <br /> and agreed to enlarge the pen pre- <br /> sently housing the chickens. <br /> Several neighbors were in attendance <br /> in support of Mr. Oleson's applica- <br /> tion. <br /> Larry Fish, 7306 Ashwood Drive, <br /> spoke in favor, stating the area is <br /> kept clean, he hears no noise and has <br /> no objection to this use. <br /> A neighbor two houses down from Mr. <br /> Oleson spoke in favor, stating the <br /> chickens have never been a problem <br /> to them, and that Mr. Oleson's yard <br /> is one of the nicest kept home's in <br /> the area. <br /> The Public Hearing was closed. <br /> Chairman Wood commended the neighbor: <br /> for coming forth in support of <br /> another neighbor. <br /> Commissioner Doherty offered a reso- <br /> lution, seconded by Commission <br /> Butler and carried to approve <br /> UP-76-15, subject to the conditions <br /> and findings listed in the staff <br /> report. <br /> -7- <br />Resolutic <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />IX <br />
