4y~~$""r°y CITY of PL~A~A-NTdN <br />~:, <br />`~'~~° Planning- Commission <br />.o <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Date June 9 , 1976 <br />Time : 8:20 P.M. <br />PIaCe; Pleasanton Council Chambers <br />R (~T,T~ SAL L <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />MEETING OPEN <br />REVISIONS AND <br />OMISSIONS TO THE <br />AGENDA <br />REORGANIZATION <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />UP-76-11, Approved <br />Res. 1419 <br />Commissioners Present: Butler <br />Doherty, Jamieson, Shepherd and <br />Chairman Wood. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />The minutes of the regular meeting of <br />May 12, 1976 were approved as sub- <br />mitted. <br />Jerry Byer, .owner of Penny Lane, <br />addressed the Commission, requesting <br />action on Item 6d, RZ-76-3, amending <br />the Ordinance Code to allow phono- <br />graph record stores as a permitted <br />use in the C-N District. <br />(Item 6e continued to 7-14-76 as <br />additional refinements are required <br />,for this proposed amendment. <br />Add Item 7f, Review of sculpture to <br />be donated to City by Ark Preschool <br />Chairman Wood introduced Bill <br />Jamieson as the .new member of the <br />Planning Commission replacing Com- <br />missioner Carrigan. The Planning <br />Commission, will elect a new Chair- <br />man and Vice Chairman at tonight's <br />meeting.
