The Police De-
partment commented back that they arE
over nearly every day (or night).
Mr. Medeiros calls them frequently,
especially at night, since he fears
that the presence of groups of young
people standing in his parking lot
'deters prospective customers.
The Public Hearing was opened.
Mr. Medeiros was present at the
hearing.
Res: X
Seconded: X
Ayes: X X
Noes:
Absent:
Abstain: '~
