Commissioner Doherty <br />voted no. <br />Approved, <br />Res. 1434 <br />Determination of conformity with the <br />General Plan for acquisition of cer- <br />tain easements and parcels within <br />Tract 3606 and on Parcel Map 1658. <br />The Commissioners concurred with <br />staff recommendation and adopted a <br />resolution to that effect. <br />Review of Capital Improvement Progra <br />for Alameda County Fair Association. <br />Some discussion took place regarding <br />costs to the City during Fair time. <br />Also, Commissioner Jamieson asked <br />what annual costs are. Mr. Campbell <br />stated this report is prepared each <br />year and that he would obtain the <br />information requested. Commissioner: <br />wanted it brought to the Fair <br />Directors attention that they <br />thought that a cover for the amphi- <br />theater should have high priority. <br />Review of planning fees. <br />Councilmember Frank Brandes stated <br />that he had requested the informa- <br />tion. He felt there was room for <br />further review on this matter, <br />especially regarding appeals. The <br />Commissioners concurred that fees <br />should be tied in, to some degree, <br />with City costs. <br />A motion was offered by Commissioner <br />Jamieson suggesting that staff pre- <br />pare a revised fee schedule incor- <br />porating fees in relation to City <br />tesolution• <br />seconded: <br />dyes <br />does <br />absent: <br />abstain <br />XI <br />IX <br />-10- I I I I I I <br />
