4y$~SAry?oy <br />co-rY ®~ P~~asaovT®~v <br />,~ <br />`~ ~~° Planning co~mmis~ion <br />~w ~o <br />{~ p pl <br />~p '~~ O <br />co '~ ~ o <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING. ~ o,~ <br />DCte ; September 8, 1976 <br />Time : 8:45 P.M. <br />PIGCe; Pleasanton Council Chambers <br />AP-76-9, Approved <br />Res. 1451 <br />access to the lots from Kottinger <br />Drive if conditions could be esta- <br />blished to minimize traffic and <br />widen the street. <br />Commissioner Shepherd then proposed <br />adopting a resolution to approve <br />this minor subdivision with staff <br />conditions and adding two more - <br />that the road be widened to allow <br />cars to pass at the beginning of <br />Parcel C and continue to the termi- <br />nation of the road; and that the 15 <br />ft. width existing from the mouth of <br />what is now known as Spring Street <br />Lane up to the beginning of Parcel <br />C be declared a fire lane and kept <br />free of all vehicles at all times. <br />This resolution was offered by Com- <br />missioner Shepherd, seconded by Com- <br />missioner Wood and unanimously car- <br />ried. <br />Betty Navarette - appeal to a deci- <br />sion of the Zoning Administrator <br />denying a request to conduct a jani- <br />torial service from a residence at <br />1546 Calle Santiago. <br />Although this was not a public hear- <br />ing, Mrs. Navarette and her two <br />children were in the audience and <br />she was allowed to explain her <br />reasons for requesting the home <br />occupation. <br />This business would consist of a <br />janitorial service. Since she now <br />works nights and consequently is away <br />from home for those hours, she felt <br />that this business, working more <br />convenient hours, would afford her <br />more time to spend with her children <br />and perhaps even include them in her <br />work occasionally. <br />-11- <br />Resolution <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />IX <br />~XI <br />X <br /> <br />
