Chairman Butler indicated that he would have a problem discussing almost any kind of traffic control that is not tied to street improvements out there. Commissioner Wood suggested some low landscaping for better cir- culation in and out of the property. Commissioner Jamieson felt the applicant should be given an opportunity to work out a traffic pattern with the staff and return to the Planning Commission the following meeting. It was decided to continue this item to the November 10, 1976, allowing the applicant to work with the City staff in developing a feasible traffic circulation plan for ingress/egress to the proposed site. MATTERS FOR ITJFORMATION OF COMMISSION Secretary Harris described briefly the minor changes to the planned unit development ordinance which they had reviewed and recommended to City Council at a prior meeting. The Commissioners concurred with the modifi- cations. Secretary Harris then stated that the Council had continued to their next meeting the goals and objectives of the Growth Management Plan. To date, no comments have been received from any members. This matter has been rescheduled for a special meeting on November 15. Mr. Brandes indicated that he hoped to see active participation of the Commission members. It appeared that several meetings would be required to resolve this issue. Secretary Harris brought up the issue of a letter written by the City Attorney regarding foreclosure proceedings against certain properties, mostly on the Ridge, for delinquent bonds. Mr. Scheidig is asking for some guidance as to whether or not foreclosure action should be instituted. Mr. Sooby stated that his office is preparing a map which will show where the properties are. Mr. Harris stated that his department will be looking at the properties from a planning viewpoint. Generally, a lot of the land is shown on the General Plan as open space. Chairman Butler felt that, after the department analyzes a policy on this matter, the Commission could look at the staff recommendations.
