Commissioner Jamieson wondered if an agreement on land- <br />scape maintenance should be a part of this approval. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Jack Bras, speaking for his clients, stated that he disagreed <br />with Condition #17. This condition requires that it be recorded on the <br />title deed. It was his position that this requirement should be ex- <br />tracted for all commercial developments.
