S. Bottini - application to rezone an approximately
8,450 sq. ft. parcel of land located at 4224 Stanley Boulevard (imme-
diately east of the Pleasanton Body Shop building) from C-S (Commercial
Service) District to either the O (Office) or C-C (Central Commercial)
District.
Secretary Harris indicated that the property owner had intentions to
sell the property to a doctor for medical offices. Since this pro-
perty is next to the Pleasanton Body Shop and is in the transitional
area which is experiencing use compatibility problems, staff felt
that spot zoning it to the Office District would be less nuisance
inducing.
-3-
_ ir..
