Zoning for <br />the property is R-1-6500 (Single Family Residential) District. <br />Secretary Harris explained a correction on the map, indicating that there <br />would be no parking on a specific lot, but that parking would occur in the <br />street. Staff is recommending approval. <br />Commissioner Wood had a suggestion regarding Condition No. 9, to add wording <br />to include "landscaping." <br />Secretary Harris indicated that the applicant may need to locate a temporary <br />sales trailer on Lot 99 until the model homes are completed.
