Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development, Medium Density Residential). <br />Secretary Harris stated that the Commissioners would need to hold two <br />public hearings - 1) making a finding on the environmental assessment, and <br />2) review of the planned unit development itself. <br />He then described the major changes to this revised plan from the pre- <br />viously approved one by the Planning Commissioners. Staff recommendation <br />is for approval. <br />The Public Hearing was opened on the environmental review portion. <br />Mr. Woody Pereira, Morrison Homes representative, spoke supporting the <br />staff recommendation. <br />The Public Hearing on the environmental assessment was closed. <br />Resolution 1510 was entered and adopted making the finding that the EIR, <br />including all supplements, meets the requirements of CEQA.
