The City Attorney has tentatively approved
the appointment of a committee to give some input to the applicant. Secretary
Harris asked that the Commission appoint one member to serve on the committee
who would work with staff and a representative from Council, together with
developer's representative. Chairman Butler felt that in view of the history
of this property, he was uncertain about having the Planning Commission get
involved, even in an informal manner, unless the City Council agrees with
this procedure. Commissioner Shepherd concurred. It was decided to discuss
this matter further on in the meeting.
GP-76-6, Thomas K.
