<br />Commissioner Jamieson thought the real issue was being skirted, in <br />that if the ambulance crew were earning sufficient salaries, they would <br />not have to reside at their place of work. This remark prompted an <br />angry response from Mr. Lee who left the meeting at this point, fol- <br />lowed by another spectator. <br />Resolution 1531 was entered and adopted approving this application <br />subject to the conditions in the staff report and the conditions added <br />by Acting Chairman Wood as noted in the foregoing. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Acting Chairman Wood <br />Seconded: Shepherd <br />Ayes: Shepherd, Wood <br />Noes: Jamieson <br />Absent: Doherty, Chairman Butler <br />Abstain: None <br />It was still the position of both Commissioner Shepherd and Acting <br />Chairman Wood that the City should be more involved in aiding the <br />ambulance company in finding a suitable location. <br />The members in the audience were told they had 15 days to appeal this <br />decision if they wished. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The special meeting of the Planning Commission was adjourned at 5:15 <br />P.M. <br />Robert J.
