CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order at 8:04 P.M. by Chairman Butler. ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Shepherd, Wood, Chairman Butler Commissioners Absent: Doherty, Jamieson Staff Members Present: Robert Harris, Director of Planning; Harvey Levine, Deputy City Attorney; Don Sooby, Director of Engineering Services; Yvonne McFadden, Recording Secretary. Council Members Present: Frank Brandes. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The minutes of the special meetings of September 7 and September 19, and the regular meeting of September 14, 1977, were approved as submitted. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA Secretary Harris asked that the following items on the agenda be continued: Item 5a - PUD-77-7, Robert J. Myers - continue to December 14, 1977. Item 6e - UP-77-16, LAVWMA - continue to November 9, 1977. Item 6f - UP-77-14, Dept. of Motor Vehicles - continue to January 11, 1978. Item 6h - RZ-77-12, Scenic Highways Ordinance - continue to November 9, 1977. Item 6i - RZ-77-11, Amend PUD Ordinance - Continue to November 9, 1977. OLD BUSINESS PUD-77-7, Robert J. Myers - application to rezone a 12.7 acre parcel of land located immediately south of the terminus of Loas Lomitas Drive and east of Pleasanton School Upper Level Playfield from the Agricultural District to the Planned Unit Development (Medium Density Residential) District and to approve a development plan for the site consisting of a 119-unit limited care retire- ment facility. The Public Hearing was opened on this application and continued to the meeting of December 14, 1977. PUBLIC HEARINAGS - NEW BUSINESS RZ-77-13, Site Selectors, Inc.
