Commissioner Wood volunteered to serve on the committee. Chairman Butler <br />would contact Commissioner Doherty to find out if he would be willing to <br />serve as the second member of the committee. <br />P~IATTERS INITIATED BY COP~iMISSION MEMBERS <br />A. Commissioner Jamieson requested that if possible, the Commission members <br />receive minutes of the meetings earlier than at the next meeting. Secretary <br />Harris stated that with the present workload within the department, it would <br />not be possible for the minutes to be prepared any sooner. <br />B. Commissioner Jamieson asked that a study session be held between Commission <br />members with staff to review various aspects of planning. <br />C. Commissioner Shepherd asked about the status of the Residential Allocation <br />Program. Secretary Harris informed them that several workshops will be held <br />in January on this project. <br />D. Chairman Butler informed the other members that Monday evening, at the <br />annual Mayors Awards Dinner, he accepted an "award" for design excellence on <br />behalf of the Commission. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission was adjourned at 11:06 P.M. <br />I <br />Robert arras, Secretary <br />-10- <br />
