A small portion of the <br />1.8 acre P (Public and Institutional) District land easterly of the commer- <br />cial site would be used for parking spaces to serve the shopping center. <br />Zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial), O (Office) and <br />P (Public and Institutional) District. <br />The application was continued from the special meeting of May 25, 1978, <br />to allow the developer time to revise the design plans for the development. <br />The modifications were described by Secretary Harris. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Bill Hirst, attorney for the proponent explained that meetings had been <br />held between the concerned adjacent property owners and the proponents. <br />He then presented a conceptual drawings of how they would develop the <br />P-zoned land. <br />-3- <br />
