RZ-77-19, City Council - Application to amend Section 2-7.08(a), Article 8, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton com- prehensively revising the schedule of permitted and conditionally allowed uses in commercially zoned districts. Secretary Harris reviewed the staff report explaining the consolidation of items listed in Article 8, Section 2-7.08(a) Permitted and Conditional Uses and the reason for each. The Public Hearing was opened. Brad Hirst went down the listing of Article 8, Section 2-7.08(a) Permitted and Conditional Uses and recommended many changes throughout the entire listing. After listening to the recommendations of Mr. Hirst and dis- cussion amongst the Commissioners, Commissioner Geppert made a Motion to continue this item until October 11, 1978 for staff response. The site is zoned C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) District. Secretary Harris described the staff report, recommending approval with the conditions as shown in that report. The Public Hearing. was opened. The applicant indicated concurrence with the staff report. The Public Hearing was then closed. Resolution No. 1675 was entered and adopted approving the application subject to all of the conditions noted in the staff report. -2-
