Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Wilson <br />Seconded: Doherty <br />Ayes: Geppert, Wilson and Acting Chairman Doherty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Getty and Chairman Jamieson <br />Abstain: None <br />Case Z-78-97 will be considered at the same time. <br />RZ-77-19, City Council - Application to amend Section 2-7.08(a), Article 8, <br />Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton com- <br />prehensively revising the schedule of permitted and conditionally allowed <br />uses in commercially zoned districts. <br />Secretary Harris reviewed the staff report explaining the consolidation of <br />items listed in Article 8, Section 2-7.08(a) Permitted and Conditional <br />Uses and the reason for each. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Brad Hirst went down the listing of Article 8, Section 2-7.08(a) Permitted <br />and Conditional Uses and recommended many changes throughout the entire <br />listing. After listening to the recommendations of Mr. Hirst and dis- <br />cussion amongst the Commissioners, Commissioner Geppert made a Motion to <br />continue this item until October 11, 1978 for staff response. <br />The Public Hearing was closed. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Geppert <br />Seconded: Doherty <br />Ayes: Geppert, Wilson and Acting Chairman Doherty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Getty and Chairman Jamieson <br />Abstain: None <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS - NEW BUSINESS <br />UP-78-18 Essenar Investment Company <br />Application of Perata, Sylvester and Mutter on behalf of Safeway and <br />Wells Fargo Bank, for a conditional use permit to allow the expansion <br />of the Safeway store and Wells Fargo Bank in the Amador Shopping Center <br />located at the southwest corner of Santa Rita Road and Valley Avenue. <br />The site is zoned C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) District. <br />Secretary Harris described the staff report, recommending approval with <br />the conditions as shown in that report. <br />The Public Hearing. was opened. The applicant indicated concurrence with <br />the staff report. <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />Resolution No. 1675 was entered and adopted approving the application <br />subject to all of the conditions noted in the staff report. <br />-2- <br /> <br />
