CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton was called to order at 8:17 P.M. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Commissioners Absent: Staff Members Present: Council Members Present: Leppert, Wilson, Acting Chairman Doherty Getty and Chairman Jamieson Robert Harris, Director of Planning and Community Development; Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary None APPROVAL OF MINUTES The minutes of t e Planning Commission meeting of August 9, 1978 were approved as submitted. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA There were none. OLD BUSINESS: RZ-78-7, Cit~Council Appl cation to rezone three parcels of land in the Mission Park Area: a four acre lot on Junipero Street from the RM-1500 to the RM-4000 District; a two and one-half acre lot on the south side of Junipero at Sunol Boule- vard from the R-1-6500 to the P District; and a one and two-tenths acre lot at the southwest corner of Sonoma Drive and San Carlos Way from the RM-1500 to the RM-4000 District. Other appropriate zoning designations consistent with the general plan may be considered. A negative declar- ation of environmental impact will also be considered. Z-78-97, Kismet Construction, Inc. Application for design review renewal for a proposed thirty-five unit apartment complex at the southwest corner of Sonoma Drive and San Carlos Way . Secretary Harris stated that the Commission was asked by the Mission Park Homeowners Association to continue the rezoning application until October 11, 1978 for consideration by a full commission. Commissioner Doherty did point out that there may not be a full commission next month because of Mr. Jamieson's ill health.
