Resolution No. 1697 was adopted recommending to the City Council acceptance <br />of the following: <br />1. The small RM-1500 lot (1.2 acres, s/w corner Sonoma Drive and <br />San Carlos Way) remain the same. <br />2. The large RM-1500 lot (4 acres, Junipero Street) be rezoned to <br />RM-4000. <br />3. The R-1-6500 lot (2.5 acres, Junipero at Sunol) be placed in a <br />S (Study) District until 1979 for possible General Plan Amendment <br />with direction to consider office, multiple, residential or other <br />appropriate zoning. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Motion: Geppert <br />Seconded: Getty <br />Ayes: Geppert, Getty and Acting Chairman Doherty <br />Noes: None <br />Abstain: Wilson <br />Absent: Chairman Jamieson <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S INFORMATION <br />Joyce Getty stated she understood that the dust was to remain off Stanley <br />Boulevard with regard to Auf der Maur's property. Mr. Harris stated <br />that Mr. Auf der Maur would be contacted about this problem. <br />Mr. Geppert stated at the rear entrance of the Sports Park on Longspur <br />and Blackbird, people are using this area as a parking lot. <br />Mr. Doherty stated there is a floating sign on Old Santa Rita Road <br />(Charlie's Meats). Mr. Harris said he talked to the Police Department <br />and that this vehicle had already been towed away. <br />Mr. Geppert asked Mr. Harris what was done with regard to the name change <br />on Santa Rita Road.
