Mr. Wilson <br />stated that the Initial Study shows significant adverse impacts with <br />regard to at least the first three items and perhaps more. <br />Mr. Geppert stated there is no economic consideration given to the <br />structures. Mr. Harris <br />pointed out that with the passage of the above resolution, the Committee <br />would be disbanded if the ordinance was denied by the City Council; and, <br />the motion died for lack of a second. <br />RZ-78-7, City Council <br />Application to rezone three parcels of land in the Mission Park area; a <br />four acre lot on Junipero Street from the RM-15 to the RM-4 District; a <br />two and one-half acre lot on the south side of Junipero at Sunol Boule- <br />vard from the R-1-65 to the P District; and a one and two-tenths acre <br />lot at the southwest corner of Sonoma Drive and San Carlos Way from the <br />RM-4 District. Other appropriate zoning designations consistent with <br />the general plan were considered. A Negative Declaration of Environ- <br />mental Impact was also considered. <br />Commission Wilson did not participate on this item as he owns property <br />in the immediate vicinity of the proposed downzoning. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report stating that the properties are <br />properly located for multiple residences as far as planning concepts <br />are concerned.
