The Commission felt Alameda County should be notified that this use <br />be accepted with the condition that there be no sessions conducted <br />between 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. <br />Resolution No. 1704 was then adopted making the recommendation of <br />approval to the County with the one restriction that 4:00 through <br />6:00 P.M. weekdays be eliminated in their hours of operation. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Commissioner Wilson <br />Seconded: Acting Chairman Doherty <br />Ayes: Commissioners Leppert, Getty, <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Chairman Jamieson <br />Abstain: None <br />REFERRALS FROM CITY COUNCIL <br />Wilson and Acting Chairman Doherty <br />Large Lot Single Family Residential Locations <br />Mr. Harris described the staff report. Staff recommended no rezoning <br />be initiated on these properties until the City completely revised the <br />Housing Element required of the General Plan. He stated this is to be <br />accomplished by October, 1979. <br />Councilman Brandes stated he believes that waiting for the Housing <br />Element is not proper and that the rezoning should first occur. <br />Councilman Brandes and the Planning Commissioners then had discussion <br />concerning the possibilities of rezoning. <br />This matter was then set for consideration at a special meeting of the <br />Planning Commission in January, 1978. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The meeting was adjourned at 12:10 A.M. <br />Robert arris, Secretary <br />-8- <br /> <br />
