Advertising would still be required. It would not effect <br />the planning staff work load to any appreciable degree - it would that <br />of the Commission. Council Member Brandes stated this matter should be <br />aired as it shouldn't come up year after year. <br />Commissioner Leppert stated he supports keeping the Board of Adjustment <br />Chairman Jamieson stated perhaps it would be better to put this off for <br />a special meeting. <br />Commissioner Wilson made a motion to maintain the Board of Adjustment. <br />This motion was seconded by Commissioner Geppert. <br />Resolution No. 1712 was then entered and adopted. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Commissioner Wilson <br />Seconded: Commissioner Geppert <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Geppert, <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Getty, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson <br />RZ-78-6, Planning Commission <br />Application to amend Section 2-9.46 of the Ordinance Code relating to <br />temporary subdivision signs. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report. <br />Chairman Jamieson asked if anyone from the audience wished to speak.
