Commissioner Wilson stated that the <br />Commission has the right to study this situation more. The Commission <br />then continued this item to April 11, 1979 to allow for further study of <br />the changes made by City Council. <br />LARGE RESIDENTIAL LOT ZONING STUDY <br />Commissioner Wilson asked that this be first on the agenda at the April 11, <br />1979 meeting to allow the Commission sufficient time to study the General <br />Plan. Commissioner Wilson suggested that for each 1000 sq. ft. an addi- <br />tional RAP point might be allowed. He stated an incentive program might <br />be in order. He addressed single-family property and the years it takes <br />to develop it. Commissioner Geppert stated that perhaps a special meeting <br />should be held. The Commission concurred and a special meeting was <br />scheduled for April 5, 1979, 7:30 P.M. at the Civic Center Conference <br />Room. <br />Mr. Harris then related an invitation to the Commissioners to attend an <br />LLL luncheon and tour April 4, 1979 from Noon to 5:00 P.M. and asked <br />which Commissioners, if any, would like to attend.
