Planning Commission
Study Session
April 6, 1979
Page 2
The Planning Commission confirmed that all of the above motions were
recommendations to City Council and did not constitute the first
step in actually rezoning the property. It was decided to submit
the recommendations on the changes to the RAP as soon as possible
which would probably be early in May.
Discussion then centered around how the City Council would view these
recommendations. De Wilson indicated he would like some indication
from the City Council prior to public hearings on the matter. Mayor
Brandes said he would discuss the matter with the Council at their
April 10, 1979 meeting and would get back to the Planning Commission
with regard to City Council's position.
It was then decided to hold a public hearing on all of the properties
at one time in order to facilitate the rezonings.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at approximately 10:15 P.M.
~~~~~~~
Robert J.
