PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES JULY 26, 1979 (continued) <br />It was moved by Commissioner Jamieson and seconded by Commissioner Geppert that <br />Resolution No. 1779 approving Tract 4166, application of Frank Auf der Maur to <br />subdivide the approximately 66 acre site located on the south side of Stanley Blvd. <br />between the A & R Service Center and the PG&E substation site into 8 separate parcels <br />subject to conditions listed in the staff report of July 26, 1979 and making the <br />findings required by the Pleasanton Ordinance Code and the Government Code for the <br />approval of a tentative ma; (A) that the proposed map is in conformity with the <br />Pleasanton General Plan; (B) that none of the conditions, the findings of which would <br />require the denial of the map are present in this proposal; and (C) that there are <br />no waste disposal problems associated with this project be adopted. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioner Geppert, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and <br />Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />REFERRALS FROM ALAMEDA COUNTY <br />There were no referrals from Alameda County presented at this meeting. <br />REFERRALS FROM CITY COUNCIL <br />Mayor Brandes stated that City Council heard the appeal of Centex Homes on Tuesday <br />and that Council upheld the decision of the Planning Commission without prejudice. <br />He listed various concerns of the Council Members regarding this project. <br />Mayor Brandes stated that Council was divided by a split vote on whether or not to <br />require an Environmental Impact Report to address the impacts of grading, water <br />drainage, alighnment of Pico; what effect on schools as it relates to noise and dust, <br />and possible use of school lands. Mayor Brandes stated this matter would be on the <br />agenda on August 28, 1979 for the full Council attendance. <br />Mayor Brandes stated that Council will be discussing the Residential Allocation <br />Program Ordinance at a meeting on August 1, 1979, 7:30pm at the Fairgrounds Cafeteria <br />and urged as many Planning Commissioners as could be there to give their input regarding <br />this matter. <br />REFERRALS FROM THE PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />There were no referrals from the Park and Recreation Commission presented at this <br />meeting. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSIONERS' INFORMATION <br />Commissioner Getty asked for a map showing Pimlico, Del Valle and Valley Avenue. <br />Commissioner Getty asked if the Commission's comments regarding the RAP had been <br />typed and distributed.
