PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Page 10 <br />Resolution No. 1789 was then entered and adopted approving the negative declaration <br />for GP-79-17. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Geppert, seconded by Commissioner Getty <br />recommending denial of GP-79-17. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioner Geppert, Getty, Wilson and Chairman Doherty <br />Noes: Commissioner Jamieson <br />Resolution No. 1790 was then entered and adopted recommending denial of GP-79-17 as <br />petitioned. <br />GP-79-18, City Council <br />Application of the City Council to amend the Pleasanton General Plan to change the land <br />use designation for a one acre parcel located at 3963 Stanley Blvd. from "Commercial <br />and Offices" to "Medium Density Residential". The Planning Commission may recommend <br />that the property be classified to any land use designation deemed appropriate. A <br />negative declaration of environmental impacts will also be considered. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report. <br />There were no questions of staff. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Augusta, 3963 Stanley Blvd., the property owner, addressed the Commission stating <br />he concurred totally with the staff report and recommendation. <br />There were no questions of Mr. Augusta, and Chairman Doherty declared the public <br />hearing closed. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner Geppert that <br />GP-79-18 be recommended for approval. <br />RQLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: <br />Commissioners Geppert, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and Chairman <br />Doherty. <br />Resolution No. 1791 was then entered and adopted recommending GP 79-18 be approved. <br />RZ-79-14, Planning Commission <br />Application of the Planning Commission to comprehensively amend Article 17, (Off-Street <br />Loading Facilities), of Chapter 2, Title II, Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br />as it relates to the size, number and location of loading berths required. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report and recommendations to the proposed Ordinance <br />Code. <br />Commissioner Getty stated this was a more realistic Code concerning loading berths. <br />Commissioner Wilson inquired about the effects on a large size building which was <br />divided into many smaller segments. Mr. Harris explained. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />As there were no comments from anyone concerning this matter, Chairman Doherty declared <br />the public hearing closed. <br />~... <br />
