Jack Bras Application to rezone an approximately 1.8 acre parcel located at the northeast corner of Pleasanton-Sunol Road and Happy Valley Road from the A (Agricultural) District to the 0 (Off ice) District. Mr. Harris explained the staff report. The public hearing was opened. Chairman Doherty then read a letter by citizen Phyllis Couper, Alisal Improvement Club, in opposition to this project. J. Jack Bras, the applicant spoke stating he had no problems with the staff report and wanted to be able to do the same thing with his land as granted to one of the neighbors, J. Caroline. The public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner Getty that RZ-79-21 be recommended for approval.
