The property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development-Residential) <br />District. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report. He stated a 31-lot subdivision <br />was previously approved under this same map and that the 9 lots were not <br />previously approved because they didn't have RAP approval. He stated <br />the applicant is now asking for 9-lot approval and. an extension of <br />time on the 31-lot approval so that they may file one final map. <br />Mr. Harris stated a recommendation must be made to Council concerning <br />the extension of the 31-lot subdivision map time limit. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Ted Fairfield, consulting engineer for the project spoke. He addressed <br />conditions #2 and #3 of the staff report stating he wanted the City to <br />clarify these conditions as they did on the previous ap~lica.ticn just <br />-10- <br />
