The public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner Getty that the negative declaration prepared for Tract 4373 be adopted for the project as the project as proposed would have no adverse significant effect on the environment. Tract 4263, SAVCO Construction Company Application of SAVCO Construction Company for tentative map approval for a 9 lot subdivision of the 0.9 acre site located on Sunol Boulevard (behind the recently approved office site) between Junipero and Sonoma Drive. The property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development-Residential) District. Mr. Harris explained the staff report. He stated a 31-lot subdivision was previously approved under this same map and that the 9 lots were not previously approved because they didn't have RAP approval. He stated the applicant is now asking for 9-lot approval and. an extension of time on the 31-lot approval so that they may file one final map. Mr. Harris stated a recommendation must be made to Council concerning the extension of the 31-lot subdivision map time limit. The public hearing was opened. Ted Fairfield, consulting engineer for the project spoke. He addressed conditions #2 and #3 of the staff report stating he wanted the City to clarify these conditions as they did on the previous ap~lica.ticn just -10-
