A motion was then made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that case PUD-80-8 be recommended for approval subject to <br />the conditions of the staff report plus the two changes recommended in <br />condition #19 and #6; namely add to #6 "this may be accomplished by <br />moving the entire project a maximum of 5 ft. to the north leaving a <br />25 ft. maximum rear yard; and adding to condition #19 after applicant <br />"shall be responsible for the homeowners association entering into an <br />agreement. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Resolution No. 1900 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case PUD-80-8. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 11:45 P.M. <br />Robert` Harris <br />-13- <br />
