Mr. Harris stated that this is a temporary use and as such has a one year expiration date. He further stated he didn't anticipate any problems with Mr. Kameny getting a time extension. Commissioner Jamieson asked if this could be an administrative approval. Chairperson Wilson asked how far the developer was going to go with the off-site improvements. Mr. Kameny explained. Commissioner Doherty stated that when the lights go on, Crocker Homes will probably get a standing ovation. The public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey, that all required findings necessary to approve this use permit can be made and that UP-80-22 be approved subject to the conditions of the staff report, plus the two requested by Mr. Warnick. ROLL CALL VOTE Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Chairperson Wilson Noes: None Resolution No. 1914 was then entered and adopted approving the use permit filed under case UP-80-22. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S INFORMATION Mr. Harris asked if all of the Planning Commissioners were planning to attend the joint Alameda County-City of Pleasanton workshop on Tuesday, October 14, 1980, 2:00 p.m. at the Cultural Arts Center. ~ The Commissioners indicated they all planned to attend. Mr. Harris stated he would mail copies of the report concerning this matter to the Commissioners on October 9, 1980. He then stated this would only be a workshop concerning County property on Vineyard Avenue and not a decision-making meeting. Commissioner Doherty stated that a list of names should be furnished of the Alameda County Planning Commissioners present. He stated that perhaps name tags might be in order.
