ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Resolution No. 1933 recommending approval of the mitigated negative <br />declaration was entered and adopted. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that case PUD-80-13 be recommended for approval subject to <br />the conditions of the staff report of 1/14/81 with the following <br />modifications: <br />Condition No. 1: Will remain as recommended by the staff. <br />Condition No. 2: "That the development be substantially as <br />shown on that portion of the development plan, <br />Exhibit A, labeled "single family residential" <br />(28 residential units)." <br />Condition No. 4: That no development on the townhouse/condominium <br />portion of the subject site shall take place prior <br />to the connection of Pico Avenue to Stanley Boule- <br />vard. <br />Condition No. 5: That there shall be an emergency accessway from <br />the southern portion of the site to Kottinger Park <br />through or between either lots 14, 15 or 16, the <br />exact location and design of this accessway to be <br />determined by the applicant, staff and neighbor <br />on Rowell Lane who expressed concern with its <br />location (Mr. Walter). <br />Condition No. 8: That the zoning regulations for the upper (southern) <br />18 lots shall be those of the R-1-10,000 District <br />and for the lower (northern) 10 lots, those of <br />the R-1-6500 District. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Resolution No. 1934 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case PUD-80-13 as stated above. <br />-6- <br />...... ..__........ .. ....~.. _....._,._.,T.,~...„...._... .. ..... .... .. <br />
