MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />January 15, 1981 <br />(Continued from January 14, 1981) <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Wilson called the meeting to order at 8:30 P.M., January 15, <br />1981. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: <br />Commissioner Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Doherty, Getty, Jamieson and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />Lindsey <br />Robert L. Warnick, Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities; Robert J. Harris, Director <br />of Planning and Community Development; and <br />Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />Council Members Present: None <br />After discussion, a motion was carried that the next Planning Commission <br />meeting will be February 17, 1981 and not February 11, 1981 because of <br />lack of a quorum. <br />TENTATIVE MAPS <br />Tentative Map Tract 4239, Joe Boatright <br />Application of Joe E. Boatright for an 18 month extension to his approved <br />tentative tract map from January 16, 1981. <br />Mr. Harris explained the request for the extension and the fact that <br />the Pleasanton Ordinance will allow up to one year for an extension; <br />thus the staff's recommendation. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Getty that Tentative Map Tract 4239 be extended for one year as <br />recommended in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson and Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Lindsey <br />Resolution No. 1941 was then entered and adopted approving the extension <br />for Tentative Map Tract 4239. <br />Tentative Map Tract 4770, Crocker Homes <br />App it cation of Crocker Homes for a tentative map .approval for a 10 lot <br />single family residential subdivision of a 2.6+ acre site located <br />immediately south of the Arroyo Mocho Canal and the Youth Sports Park <br />and east of their current development.
