He further stated that the principal at
Farmers Insurance Group for case PUD-81-2 (Item 6c) stated he had not
had sufficient time to consider their staff report and that if all
parties were in accord, the public hearings should be continued to
March 11, 1981, the next Planning Commission meeting.
Chairperson Wilson further stated that there will be a joint work session
with City Council and Planning Commission on Wednesday, February 25, 1981.
He stated that this would not be a public hearing.
Chairperson Wilson stated that he realizes there are many people in the
audience to address the Meyer application and that there are three ways
in which the matter can be handled; 1) written comments to Robert
Harris which he can then transmit to the Planning Commission members;
2) hold any comments on the matter to March 11, 1981 and 3) open the
public hearing and receive testimony from the public concerning the
matter.
