The. public hearing was opened. <br />Ted Fairfield, consulting Engineer for the developer addressed the <br />Board. He stated they are in accord with the staff report except con- <br />cerning Condition No. 12 because he believes it is a change in City <br />policy and urged the Planning Commission to either drop it or impose <br />it consistently in the future. <br />Mr. Warnick addressed this matter with regard to street maintenance <br />of private roads and drainage pipes, etc. thereon and urged this <br />condition remain. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner <br />Doherty that Tract 4821, Calmore Associates be approved inasmuch as this <br />project is in accordance with the general plan. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Resolution No. 1970 was then entered and adopted approving the tentative <br />tract map for 4821, Calmore Associates. <br />Chairperson Wilson turned the meeting over to Commissioner Getty and <br />was absent for the next two items. <br />Tract 4827, Chang Su-O Lin <br />Application of Chang Su-0 Lin to subdivide a 26.4 acre parcel into 86 <br />lots. The site is located between Mohr Avenue and the Southern Pacific <br />Railroad tracks south of the Arroyo Mocho. The Sutter Gate Avenue <br />extension traverses the property. Zoning for the property is R-1-6500 <br />(Single-Family Residential) District. <br />Ted Fairfield, consulting Engineer for Chang Su-O Lin represented the <br />applicant. He stated he is in accordance with the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that Tract 4827 is in accordance with the general plan and <br />therefore be approved subject to the conditions of the staff report of <br />2/17/81 and modifying Condition No. 3 by inserting "and park purposes" <br />after the word "Utility". <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson and Lindsey <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Chairperson Wilson <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 1971 was then entered and adopted approving Tract 4827. <br />-11- <br /> <br />
