Harris, Director of Planning <br />and Community Development; Richard G1ez~n, <br />Assistant Planner; and Shirley McDougall,, <br />Recording Secretary <br />Karin Mohr <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />There were no minutes submitted for approval. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE P;UDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE' CO'MMI'SS'ION <br />No one a resse the Commission. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISS-IONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harra.s state t at Item a, PUD-80-2, Alfred Fromm, should be <br />continued to 4/8/81 to allow completion of the staff report; and <br />that Item 6b, PUD-81-4, Southern Pacific Railroad Company, should <br />be continued to 5/13/81 for preparation of a traffic report. The <br />addition of Item 7e, Joe Madden, Modification to PUD-80-5 and <br />review of an agreement should be added to the agenda. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY THE COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />There were none. <br />OLD BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />There was no old business. <br />NEW BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />PUD-80-2, Alfred -Fromm <br />Application o Al re Fromm for zoning and development plan appro 1. <br />for a 102 acre Planned Unit Development for a service/commercial/ <br />industrial business park at the northeast corner of Bernal Avenue <br />and I-680, south of the Arroyo Del Valle which forms the boundary <br />between the Del Prado area of Pleasanton and the subject site. <br />The property is zoned "S" (_Study) District. An environmental <br />impact report (EIR) will also be considered. <br />This matter was continued to 4/8/81. <br /> <br />
