RZ-81-~, Planning Commission <br />Application of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton for <br />an Ordinance Code amendment to Article 19, 25 and 26 of Chapter 2, <br />Title II which would allow administrative approval of a time extension <br />for projects which now have a one-year expiration. A negative declar- <br />ation of environmental impacts was also considered. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />There was no discussion by the Commission inasmuch as they initiated <br />this ordinance code change application. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Jamieson that the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-81-4 be <br />recommended for approval. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Resolution No. 1978 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration for case RZ-81-4. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Jamieson that case RZ-81-4 be recommended for approval. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Resolution No. 1979 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case RZ-81-4. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />Review of Mission Park Elevations and Siting Plans <br />Mr. Harris reviewed the staff report and recommendation of approval. <br />Mr. Harris explained that the rear elevations of the houses are not <br />standard but have been greatly enhanced by the developer. <br />Commissioner Doherty said that on Greenwood/Valley Avenues houses back <br />up to main thoroughfares and are very plain and that this developer has <br />made an effort to protect the visual aspect of the development. <br />Ken Blackwell, Blackwell Homes, addressed the drawings explaining the <br />exterior of the homes.
