ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Vice Chairperson <br />Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent; Chairperson Wilson <br />Resolution No. 1995 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />for case RZ-81-5 and that the zoning be PUD-Industrial, Commercial and <br />Offices District. <br />Commissioner Jamieson asked the status of the condominium conversion <br />ordinance and parking regulations proposed. Mr. Swift explained. <br />CHANGES TO THE RM STANDARDS FOR DOWNTOWN <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Doherty that this matter be put off (until June 1981) as there is <br />an ad-hoc group studying the parking in Pleasanton and that group <br />will be coming up with some suggestions. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Vice Chairperson <br />Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Chairperson Wilson <br />REVIEW OF FENCES FOR CORK HARBOUR <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report and recommendation that they <br />be approved but that the fencing along the entire length of the <br />Pico Avenue property line of the subject property shall be constructed <br />to meet City Standard Detail as approved by the City Engineer. He <br />stated that the current proposal for this particular fencing is not <br />in conformance with the Standard Details and Specifications. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that the fences be approved as recommended by staff. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Vice Chairperson <br />Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Chairperson Wilson <br />Resolution No. 1996 was then entered and adopted approving fences <br />proposed by Cork Harbour for case PUD-79-11 per the recommendations <br />made in the staff report. <br />TENTATIVE MAP5, COMMUNICATIONS, REFERRALS FROM ALAMEDA COUNTY, <br />REFERRALS FROM CITY COUNCIL, REFERRALS FROM THE PARK AND RECREATION <br />COMMISSION <br />There were no referrals. <br />-24- <br />_._ _._. ._._T__._..___._ <br />
