Commissioner Lindsey addressed the vanpool condition. Mr. Geingrich <br />stated that in principle everyone is in agreement, he just doesn't <br />want to have to guarantee use of the vanpools. Commissioner Lindsey <br />stated he is satisfied with the design of the building. <br />Mr. Harris stated that the maximum cut would be about 5 ft. Chairperson <br />Wilson stated that Condition No. 11 addresses excavating the hill.
